We hit record shoot numbers this year, some weeks hitting the 13 shoots in five days mark! From trumpets on sky-backed rooftops, to one-hit steakhouses and so, so many Martinis, our photography and creative teams delivered on nothing if not diversity in 2023. It was a hard task, but we've whittled down the images that have changed our brain chemistry this year. Enjoy.

This is what we've achieved at Buffet (in images alone) this year, from The Ace Hotel Sydney to City of Parramatta and Icebergs Dining Room & Bar.
